Dear students and families,

 

This is my tenth year teaching in Wake County and I am BEYOND excited to be your 7th grade Social Studies teacher during the 2019-2020 school year! 

 

I am originally from Michigan and attended Michigan State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 2009 and my Masters Degree in Special Education in 2015. 

 

When I'm not teaching you can find me spending time with my adorable dog, Luke (named after the country singer Luke Bryan!) I also love to read (NC native Sarah Dessen is my favorite author) as well as travel and explore Raleigh.
